Updated for the coming camping season, the Vango Rome II 550xl Airbeam now has a brilliant Single-Point Inflation design, allowing the shelter to be inflated from one point. Further to this, the tent is now manufactured using the Sentinel Eco Dura fabric, which is made from recycled single-use plastics, to make the product more environmentally friendly.

The Vango Rome II 550xl is a popular three-zone tent offering a superb design with full standing height, and space to sleep up to five people. The Rome has been updated for the coming camping season, offering a new Single-Point inflation design for easier pitching – simply insert the pump onto the main S.I Pro valve, and inflate from one position – although each beam can be individually inflated if required. Combined with the Electric Turbo pump (sold separately) – this makes life incredibly easy once you arrive at the campsite. The Earth Range is now manufactured with single-use recycled plastics, giving a more friendly, which takes single-use plastics out of the system.
Further to this, the Rome has a side annex built-in, which allows for a neat and tidy tent, as it can be used as a storage area, without cramping the main living space. The Rome also has the Midnight Bedrooms, which really help to reduce the early morning light, by creating a darker sleeping compartment, ideal for those with younger children.
